1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Meridian Assets Market or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of a jurisdiction where Meridian Assets Market is permitted to operate, and not subject to sanctions or prohibitions that would prevent you from using financial services.

3. Account Registration & Verification

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Meridian Assets Market is required by law to verify client identities (KYC) before activating live trading. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information.

4. Nature of Services

Meridian Assets Market provides a platform for trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs), copy trading services, and financial education. We do not provide personalised investment advice. Nothing on our platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific instrument.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that: (a) trading CFDs involves significant risk of loss; (b) leveraged instruments can result in losses exceeding your deposit; (c) past performance of any strategy or instrument is not indicative of future results; (d) you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must originate from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals will be returned to the original funding source to the maximum extent possible. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not: use the platform for money laundering or fraud; engage in market manipulation or abusive trading strategies; attempt to reverse-engineer platform software; share account credentials; or use automated trading bots that violate our fair-use policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, data, and materials on the Meridian Assets Market platform are owned by or licensed to Meridian Assets Market. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meridian Assets Market's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, execution delays, or market movements.

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship with notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of fraud, AML concerns, regulatory instruction, or material breach of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after applicable checks.

11. Copy Trading Specific Terms

Copy trading is a feature that allows you to replicate the trades of another account. Meridian Assets Market does not guarantee the performance of any strategy or investor. You may stop copying at any time. Strategy masters are independent traders, not employees or agents of Meridian Assets Market.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be subject to binding arbitration before a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Meridian Assets Market reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
